All our quality testing methodologies and finished products conform to AISI and DIN standard of quality to ensure that they provide optimum satisfaction to our clients. The raw material is sourced from reliable vendors and are rigorously checked prior their utilization in the production. All the products pass through stringent testing procedures at various levels to ensure that they are flawless and defect free. Any defective product is immediately removed from the production so that only best product reaches our clients. Several quality tests that are conducted on the raw material, semi-finished and finished products are:

• Chemical tests on the metals
• Crack detection test
• Gauge and vernier test for dimensional accuracy
• Hardness Testing
• Component heat treatment
• Corrosion resistant test

After conducting different tests all the finished products are matched with relevant drawings and standard design specifications by our quality controllers to avoid any kind of discrepancy.
