Established in the year 1987, Vardhman Dies And Moulds Tools has become a prominent name in the injection moulding, die casting and compression moulding industry. Engaged in the manufacturing, supplying and exporting of diverse engineering products such as die-casting and moulding tools, we ensure that all our precision products stands high on the quality parameters.

Products
We deal in an all-encompassing range of die-casting and moulding tools and allied accessories that are catering to the requirements of diverse engineering industries all over the world. These tools are fabricated from high grade raw steel, iron and other metal and metal alloys. Manufactured with acute precision to meet high performance demands our range of Punches, Ejector Pins, Ball Cage, P.U Rod, Guide Pin Bush and allied components comply with standard AISI and DIN.
We offer a huge variety of durable punches such as step, square, round head, square head, double step, and other special and customized punches. Our accurately fabricated ejectors are available in step, square, blade and as per customer’s requirements. Along with that we also provide runner and hot runner bushes in various designs. Ball cages are specially designed and are either provided with circlip or without them. Corrosion resistant square rods are offered in square, round and sheet. |

Infrastructure and manufacturing facility
We own a state-of-the-art infrastructure, spread in an area of 10000sq. feet. It is segregated in different departments that include fabrication unit, tool room, heat treatment plant chemical treatment plant, quality testing unit, designing area, warehouse, packaging area and other departments.
Based on our full-fledged manufacturing and testing facilities, we fabricate mould bases and die-sets that stand high on the quality parameters. We make use of modular interchangeability technique to ensure that all mould bases are offered in C.K.D. conditions.
